| The Extend-a-Riser has a cross-shaped base with three removable legs. The fourth "leg" is actually the side inlet, (female-threaded), to accept any standard garden hose. (It comes complete with a standard rubber hose washer.)
Vertically, from the center of the base, the end-user adds or subtracts three (included) 6" long risers with couplers. This allows the end-user to incrementally elevate the Noodlehead above growing vegetation or obstructions.

- The Extend-a-Riser is an optional upgrade accessory that allows the Noodlehead sprinkler to be elevated incrementally above the ground, 8", 16" or 24"; to rise above any growing vegetation or objects that might otherwise obstruct the streams of water.
- The Extend-a-Riser provides a large stable sprinkler mounting base.
- By removing one or more of the legs, the Extend-a-Riser can then be mounted in tight quarters, such as up against a fence, post or wall.
- The Spike (sold separately with the Noodlehead ) can be screwed into the base of the Extend-a-Riser and inserted into the ground for further stability.

- With one riser extension it is excellent as a starting base for seedlings.
- With two riser extensions it can rise above growing vegetation.
- With three riser extensions it can continue to grow upwards along with your garden.
- Allows the end-user the ability to create an above-ground sprinkling system using standard garden hoses.
- Allows greater control. For example, on a short 6" riser, the Extend-a-Riser elevates the Noodlehead just enough to protrude above ice plant, gazania or ground covers without the noodles being overwhelmed by them.
